Dear Sambro Housing Agency, I am a new student in Sambro Community College who have registered for a six-month program. I would like to rent a room. My program is going to start next month, before the program starts, I need to figure the renting room out. First, I need a room close to the north campus which computer training program located. I don't have driving license and a car, the room needs to be maximum 10 minutes walk distance.  Second, the room should have include private bathroom, I am very sensitive about cleaning so I could not live in a shared bathroom rooms. The size and the floor is not necessary as the bathroom. Final, my budget is $700 to $900 for a month, please make sure the utilities include this budget.          Let me tell you about how I met with my husband; it was in the our universities' English prep year before the main year.
